STD735 differential pressure transmitter has world-class static pressure resistance up to 31.5MPa. It is a member of the Honeywell SmartLine product family. With its advanced sensor technology, it combines differential pressure with static pressure and temperature compensation on the sensor chip to provide extremely high measurement accuracy and stability over a wide range of static pressures and temperatures.

Suitable Occasions
  • The calibration range accuracy is up to 0.065%, which can maintain high-precision measurements for a long time. It is very suitable for those occasions with extremely high measurement accuracy requirements, with a stability of up to 0.02% of the full scale, ensuring the stability and reliability of the measurement results under long-term operation.
  • The range ratio is up to 100:1, and the measurement range covers a wider range. It is suitable for those occasions with a large pressure fluctuation range, such as fluid flow measurement, liquid level monitoring, etc.
  • The housing is made of pure polyester powder-coated low-copper aluminum alloy, which meets NEMA 4X, IP66/IP67 and NEMA 7 (explosion-proof) standards, and a stainless steel housing is optional. The integrated double seal design based on ANSI/NFPA 70-202 and ANSI/ISA 12.27.0 ensures high safety and further adapts to various harsh environments, such as moisture, corrosive gases or explosive environments.
  • The response time is as fast as 100ms, which can quickly respond to pressure changes, which is essential for occasions that require fast feedback, such as real-time flow monitoring, emergency pressure control, etc.

STD735 has intelligent technology and can be easily integrated into various automation systems.
