Rosemount Liquid Level Transmitter

Rosemount liquid level transmitter is a field installed temperature transmitter developed and manufactured by Emerson. When it works, the pressure is transferred from the medium to the filling fluid, which then transfers the pressure to the sensing diaphragm.  which is then converted into a 4-20 madc current signal output. Can communicate with each other through HART 475, through them to set and monitor. It is the extension and development of the pressure transmitter technology, according to the principle of linear relationship between the pressure produced by the liquid of different gravity at different heights, to achieve the accurate measurement and transmission of the volume, liquid height and weight of water, oil and paste. 

Rosemount liquid level transmitter compared with other transmitters, the effect of static pressure is very outstanding. This requires the installation of the transmitter and the process interface to have quite high requirements, because the process interface for the flange type interface, can be directly butt with the tank, often used for measuring liquid level. Mainly used in chemical plant storage tank, biological engineering fermentation container, distillery fermentor (sanitary type), evaporator tank. Theoretically, without considering the range, the differential pressure transmitter can be used instead of the pressure transmitter, but the pressure transmitter cannot be used instead of the differential pressure transmitter.
