Measuring Principle: Based on Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction, the electromagnetic flow meter can measure the electromotive force generated by the conductive liquid passing through the pipeline to calculate the flow of the liquid.

b) The electromagnetic flow meter comprises a converter and a flow sensor. The converter is responsible for outputting standard signals (such as 4-20 mA, etc.) to display flow information; the flow sensor is responsible for detecting flow.

c) The flow sensor is a small size for easy installation on the pipeline.

d) The display screen is easy to read and intuitively displays flowing information.

Installation And Precautions

a) Should be installed on a liquid-filled pipeline to prevent gas from entering the measurement area.

b) The installation direction of the flow meter should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline.

c) Avoid installing near pipe elbows, valves and other structures, so as not to generate eddy currents or disturbances, which will affect the measurement accuracy.
