•  Before operation, check the appearance of the test lamp and confirm that the battery is fully charged. Only original accessories and chargers can be used.
• Understand the type and parameters of the flame detector to be tested. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble or modify the equipment. Prepare appropriate personal protective equipment.
• During the test, keep the recommended distance between the test lamp and the detector (usually 30-50cm). Do not look directly at the light window to avoid strong light shining directly on the detector to be tested.
• Pay attention to the response time and status indication of the detector. Stop using it immediately if any abnormality is found.
• Clean the optical window regularly, perform a full calibration every 6 months, and keep the battery at 50% when not in use for a long time.
• Avoid storage in extreme temperature environments. Harsh industrial environments require a high level of protection.
